Inspired by Marco Ferreri’s “La Grande Bouffe,” this collection draws a parallel between the characters’ hedonistic indulgence and our current approach to fashion.Does the excess and consumption depicted in “La Grande Bouffe” mirror our modern fashion industry? Can fashion transcend time, or is it merely a fleeting Plat du jour?
This project has become an essential and ongoing part of my artistic practice in which I collaborate with chefs to playfully and personally reflect their culinairy identity.
