'Sei Pênelópê?'

I have delved into my personal family history and explored textile crafts on the island of Sardinia. By connecting with these crafts, I sought a sense of belonging to the place my great-grandfather left 100 years ago. The final work steps toward future relationships, draws attention to disappearing crafts, and pays homage to the human relationships they continue to foster today. Inspired by diary fragments, 60 hand-embroidered talismans were made. Each talisman will be gifted to everyone who helped me during this journey.

The research resulted in a modular and nomadic installation, soundscape, and publication.
